IT Department

The IT department provides IT services to Geta. All questions and requests are followed with electronically data with the call center application. Requests are evaluated and resolved with e-mail and telephone to the Call Center application, which can also be accessed with the Internet,

The entire service process can be measured and reported. The main duties of the IT department are; to be a system administrator for both servers and clients, to allocate resources of servers, to manage users, to set standards, to make system installations and manage the procurement process.
